What we collect

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

We only receive the information you choose to send us. When you use the enquiry form, your own email application sends us the details you entered: name, position, company, country of registration, email address, telephone number and message.

For KYC/KYB purposes we may ask counterparties for company documents and information about beneficial owners and the source of funds.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to assess and carry out transactions, and to meet our KYC/KYB and anti-money laundering obligations under UAE law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where necessary: with service providers that support our operations (such as email hosting), with banks, refiners or logistics partners involved in a transaction, and with authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above and for the periods required by UAE record-keeping rules for regulated transactions.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the background video from Pexels. To deliver this content, these providers process technical data such as your IP address under their own privacy policies.
